This is the process from you placing an order to delivery.

2. Order goes into production usually 2-7 days
3. Order fulfilment takes place
4. Parcel is handed to shipping company
5. Parcel in transit
6. Parcel at delivery centre
7. Parcel out for delivery
8. Delivered
