How long does it take to get my order?

You will be notified of your shipping estimates upon order confirmation. These estimates depend on your delivery location but you can refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Where are your items from?

While we are based in Melbourne, Australia - Wild Kandy works with multiple production partners across 5 continents including Australia, North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order using the “Track Your Shipment” link which you’ll receive via email when your order ships out (after production time; typically 2-7 days) so please be patient.

Please note that Wild Kandy is not liable for return packages that may have become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of your postage/delivery tracking numbers at all times.

I submitted the incorrect address details what happens now?

1. If you realise your delivery instructions are incorrect, you must notify us immediately.

2. If your order has not already been dispatched we will attempt to change the delivery address prior to dispatch.

3. If delivery fails your parcel maybe marked as 'Return to Sender'. This means it will most likely be returned to your shipping providers local facility.

4. Please check your Order Confirmation email for the shipping providers details and contact them to update your address details and locate your parcel.

5. Please check your mailbox for any notifications from your local post or delivery provider for undelivered parcels and instructions to reclaim the delivery.

Items returned to our warehouse: If your parcel is sent back to our warehouse for any reason, a re-shipping fee will apply for re-delivery. When the order is sent back to our facility you'll receive an email notification and an invoice for payment. You'll have 14 days to pay the re-shipping fee. If this is not paid the goods will be donated to charity. Item will be held for 20 days.

There is something wrong with my order

Product - We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your order. Please check our Returns Policy for our claims process and we will endeavour to fix this ASAP for you.

Can I exchange or return my order?

As our products are made-to-order, we have a unique Returns Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more information.

Do you have size guides?

Please check out the size guide listed within each product listing. We advise you to measure yourself and match the sizing dimensions specific to each product before ordering.

What's the best way to care for my clothes?

Our products are made from many different materials so we suggest following the care instructions on the label of each garment.

Wild Kandy recommends hand wash for the best garment care.

Tips:

Use a gentle cycle, cold wash and turn the product inside out or use a wash bag for best washing practices - this will prolong the life and look of your print and material.

Line dry is best to avoid lint balls/pilling.

Please Note:

Contact with rough surfaces and/or velcro fasteners may damage the materials and cause pilling so please be mindful when wearing and drying.

Do not wash with other items that could damage your clothing or have rough fabric or lint.

Can I cancel my order?

We may allow cancellation if your product has not already gone into production. If our made-to-order products have already gone into production we are unable to stop this process so please refer to our Return Policy once you have delivery of your item.
